Hi, I’m Monica hartz.

My journey in wellness began as a young yogi and has grown into a lifelong passion for holistic living. Now in my 40s, I’m still exploring the most joyful, effective ways to feel good in body and mind.

With over 15 years of experience teaching yoga and Pilates, and certifications in nutrition coaching and lymphatic drainage therapy, I guide clients with a well-rounded approach to movement, nourishment, and recovery. I believe health should feel good—clean eating should be joyful, fitness should be fun, and meditation should be a reset, not a chore.

My method is simple: keep it approachable, make it part of your day, and let small, consistent habits build lasting change. When we prioritize our bodies and minds, we show up brighter for ourselves and everyone around us.

In Japanese Sanpo means to walk or stroll for leisure or exercise. I believe that our journey of deep health is like a life long stroll. We take steps every day moving forward on the path to the healthiest version of ourselves. We walk mindfully and take our time knowing that it is a life long journey.
